| Tour Process We require 24 hours notice in the event that you have to cancel an appointment. If we are notified in less than 24 hours notice, there will be a $30 cancellation fee. The cancellation fee will have to be paid before we do any photos, for the backup date. At the property we will do a complete photo tour. This will consist of a combination of full 360 panorama's, partial pano's, and stills. The tour will usually take less than an hour depending on the property. Once the tour is complete, the primary contact person, i.e. realtor, business owner, or property owner if FSBO, will receive an email with instructions on linking the tour online. Tour turnaround time is within 24 hours. The majority of completed tours can be downloaded from the Internet, however very large tours of more than 30 spins / stills may not. Realtors, pre-purchase tour credits and save! For properties that are currently occupied; email us the address, and contact number of the homeowner. We will arrange an appointment with them, and email you the tour link. |
| These forms are available for download/printing. The home owner pre tour checklist is a referrence for getting your home ready for a tour. The other ones need to be signed. If you do not have a printer, the individual who comes to your property will have them available. |
